Oksana has significant experience in both the fieldwork completion and in the supervision of a variety of audit and accounting engagements. She started her career at PwC Ukraine but have now spent 9 years with PwC Canada in Calgary, Winnipeg and now Surrey. This gave her a global perspective when approaching client issues. She has significant experience working with non-for-profit and member-based organizations, understanding their unique focus. She also has experience providing services to companies in consumer products sector, manufacturing and financial services organizations. As a senior manager, she oversee the execution of deliverables and she is in regular contact with key management personnel to identify and address accounting and auditing specific issues that may arise. she monitor and assesses the audit work against our audit plan and work with her team to deliver high quality, on time audit services.
She also has an experience on the initial public offering engagement of a pharmaceutical company. She was involved in all stages of the initial offering process, including attendance and participation in due diligence meetings and cooperation with the legal and advisory counsel of the company.
