Research Associate, University of Calgary
Brittany Finlay received her Master of Public Policy in 2017 from the University of Calgary. She currently works as a Research Associate at the School of Public Policy, University of Calgary, and is a KBHN-CASDA Policy Fellow. Her research focuses on analyzing disability policy in Canada to evaluate the extent to which policy is meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities. Her work focuses on comparing and contrasting the design and delivery of disability programs across the country, and determining the barriers and facilitators to accessing disability programs in Canada.
