Annie is the CEO and co-founder of Neuro Solutions Group (NSG), a company dedicated to improving the mental health and daily functioning of neurodivergent children through accessible, personalized, and evidence-informed companion technologies. A social worker by training, she brings a unique perspective that blends clinical understanding, compassion-driven leadership, and strategic execution. With more than twenty years of experience in business development and organizational leadership, Annie has built her career at the intersection of healthcare innovation, clinical partnerships, and scalable digital solutions.

Annie has forged strategic collaborations with hospitals, insurers, research institutes, and community organizations, and helped establish international partnerships across Europe, the United States, and Canada. Recognized for her ability to translate unmet needs into impactful solutions, she has secured multimillion-dollar partnerships and guided NSG’s growth across multiple markets.

Her commitment to transforming children’s mental health is deeply personal. As the mother of a neurodivergent child, she understands firsthand the systemic challenges families face. This lived experience fuels her determination to build tools that meaningfully support children, empower parents, and enhance clinicians’ capacity to deliver effective care.

Beyond her work at NSG, Annie is an advocate for women founders, inclusive innovation, and hybrid workplace models that support caregivers. She is frequently invited to speak on digital health, accessibility, and the integration of avatars and gaming into mental health supports.
