Dr. Sarah Munce, PhD is a health services and knowledge translation/implementation science researcher. Broadly, her program of research focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating transitional care programs, including self-management and peer support/navigation programs, for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
Ning completed her PhD training in neuroscience at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, with the main work published in the journal Nature, and was awarded the prestigious Young Investigator Award.
