Jessi Lewis

Jessi Lewis, M.Sc., is a doctoral student in the University of Victoria’s Clinical Neuropsychology program and received her B.Sc. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Jessi's research interests include development and use of accessible, evidence-informed supports for youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities (NDDs) as a way to improve health-related quality of life, equity, and inclusion.

Sara Izadi-Najafabadi

Sara Izadi-Najafabadi is a PhD candidate of Rehabilitation Science at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She works with Dr. Jill Zwicker on a project to investigate the effect of rehabilitation on brain function and structure of children with Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD).

Lori-Ann Sacrey

Lori Sacrey received her PhD in Behavioural Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge, where she studied skilled reaching movements in neurotypical babies and adults, as well as adults with Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease.

Sarah Raza

Sarah Raza is a PhD student in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Alberta, under the supervision of Dr. Lonnie Zwaigenbaum. She previously completed her MSc in Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge, where she examined the role of early experiences on animal behavior, brain development, and plasticity.

Dr. Mojghan Gitimoghaddam

Dr. Mojgan Gitimoghaddam is a family physician by training and currently a PhD candidate at University of British Columbia in BC., under supervision of Dr. Jean-Paul Collet. Mojgan's research is focused on learning and development of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities through maximizing the effect of community-based physical activity programs.

Sheila Laredo

Sheila Laredo received her MD from the University of Toronto in 1991, and specialized in endocrinology and metabolism. She holds a PhD in clinical epidemiology. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. Her clinical interest is in women's reproductive health and the role of insulin resistance and obesity on reproductive health outcomes.
