Nathalie Garcin, PhD, clinical psychology and Principal of Clinique Spectrum. Nathalie is a clinical psychologist who works with autistic Canadians and people with an intellectual disability. Following the completion of her PhD in clinical psychology in 1999, she was a professor in the department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine at Queen’s University from 2000 to 2004. She went on to act as Director of Professional Services for two developmental services agencies in Montreal, And then served as Executive Director of a non-profit endeavour offering services, research and knowledge transfer activities for people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
In 2012, Nathalie was appointed to the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Advisory committee on the surveillance of Autism spectrum disorder (NASS) and in 2016, she was appointed as Board Member of the Canadian Alliance for Autism Spectrum Disorders (CASDA) where she is now co-vice chair. She is also the Secretary of the board for Autisme Sans Limites.
