| Category | Description |

| People with lived experience and Non-profit Community Partners/organizations | includes individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, parents, family members, home caregivers that do not have professional or academic affiliations. |
| Trainee | applies to individuals who fit under one of the following: Trainees, include anyone who is working, learning, and practicing in the field of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. This includes college, undergraduate, and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and research associates, from all disciplines, supervised in their work, and volunteers. |
| General Attendees | applies to delegates not belonging to any of the above categories. Includes academic and clinical researchers and individuals with professional degrees; for profit organization representatives, decision makers; Government Representatives. |
