Call for KBH+ Conference 2026 Pitch Competition now open

Add a pre-conference workshop to your KBH+ Conference 2026 registration. Held on Sunday, October 18, and led by researchers, clinicians, academics, and people with lived experience, these interactive sessions offer practical tools and opportunities for collaboration. Topics include building evidence-based impact narratives, applying updated ADHD care guidelines, and setting research priorities for Indigenous peoples and neurodevelopmental conditions. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across the non-profit, government, and post-secondary sectors, Shannon brings deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, stakeholder relations, fund development, and change management. On June 6, the final day of EACD 2026, Dr. Zwickertook part in the mini-symposium “Global Lessons, Local Action: Disability Policy Innovations for Children and Families.” The session brought Canada, Australia, and Ireland together to explore how nations can strengthen policies that help children and youth living with disabilities thrive.
