Dr. James Reynolds is a graduate of Queen’s University (B.Sc., 1982, Ph.D, 1987). His thesis research investigated the neurochemical mechanisms underlying heavy metal toxicity. Subsequently, he completed postdoctoral training at the Addiction Research Foundation and the University of Toronto.

Richard is a seasoned executive with 30 years of expertise in leadership, business development, and general management. With a proven track record of collaborating with executives, boards, and government entities, he excels in strategic planning, team building, and achieving organizational goals.
