Marketing and Communications Leader, Adopt4Life – Ontario’s Adoptive Parents Association

As a parent to 3 youth with complex needs who experienced the child welfare system at an early age, Tracy deeply understands the need for ongoing, trauma-informed, attachment-centered supports for families. She’s a passionate advocate for increased understanding of neurodiversity and supporting children and families from a lifespan approach, so they can all thrive. As a founding member and past director, of two Ontario-based family support networks for families and individuals with FASD, Tracy has helped to build effective peer support relationships that improve parent and caregiver mental health and resiliency. Professionally, Tracy brings 20+ years’ experience in leading, designing, and implementing engaging marketing, communications, and public relations strategies, spanning the technology and non-profit sectors.  She currently works with Adopt4Life, Ontario’s Association for Adoptive, Kinship, and Customary caregivers, leading marketing and communications for the Parent2Parent Support Network.
