
We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant (Full-Time, Calgary, AB)
Kids Brain Health Network (KBHN) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This full-time role is based in Calgary and offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving the lives of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions, coordinating meetings, supporting board activities, and contributing to organizational planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
