Gabrielle Pratte, OT, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher at Laval University. As a recipient of the CIHR Health System Impact Fellowship, she works closely with the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services to improve services for children with developmental needs. Through her work, Gabrielle aims to support the development of inclusive, coordinated systems that better respond to the needs of young children and their families.

She completed her PhD in Health Sciences Research at Université de Sherbrooke in 2024. Her doctoral research focused on mapping existing and desired professional support services—such as occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and psychoeducation—in Quebec childcare settings, and identifying strategies to improve service delivery. She has a strong interest in learning health systems, early childhood service organization and intersectoral collaboration.
