Jennifer Moles is a collaborative innovation leader with 15+ years of experience driving impact across Ontario’s startup ecosystem, health and education sectors, and government-funded innovation programs. Her work sits at the intersection of public–private partnerships, early-stage commercialization, and systems-level transformation, grounded in a strong commitment to inclusive innovation and DEI.

As a senior leader, she has designed and executed high-impact programs and funds, managing over $70M in investments to accelerate digital health, life sciences, EdTech, and cleantech solutions. At the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI), she launched and scaled key initiatives—including the Life Sciences Innovation Fund, Ready for Market Fund, Health Technology Fund and the Innovating Digital Health Solutions—catalyzing hundreds of Ontario-based startups through strategic capital and industry–government collaborations.

Currently, Jennifer provides executive leadership at the University of Toronto Scarborough, guiding strategy and operations for the Sam Ibrahim Centre for Inclusive Excellence in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership (SICIEEIL).

Beyond her professional work, she is a proud autism advocate, serving as Vice Chair on the Board of Autism Ontario and as a Family Engagement Committee Member with Lumenus Community Services. Whether advancing innovation procurement, policy development, venture incubation, or ecosystem building, Jennifer leads with integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to social and economic impact.
