Stacey Hatcher is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in governance, strategy, human resources, risk management, and communications. She is recognized for her principled leadership and her ability to serve as a trusted spokesperson, bringing clarity and empathy to complex issues.

Stacey has extensive expertise in media relations, advocacy messaging, and stakeholder engagement, consistently building trust across sectors including energy, tourism, politics, and notforprofit organizations. She has been a guest panelist on Alberta Prime Time for 5 years, and is known for her signature communication style that blends professionalism with authenticity.

She currently serves as Executive Director of the Calgary United Soccer Association (CUSA), one of Canada’s largest sanctioned adult recreational soccer associations. In this role, she applies her governance and partnershipbuilding skills to strengthen community sport while advancing transparency and accountability. Fluent in English and French, Stacey brings a traumainformed, emotionally intelligent approach to leadership, ensuring collaboration and principled decisionmaking in every role she undertakes.
