John is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Victoria, where he specializes in early assessment/diagnosis of diverse neurodevelopmental concerns (e.g., ASD, FASD, very preterm birth), as well as the development and evaluation of accessible and affordable clinical interventions (e.g., the KBHN-funded Dino Island Training Program for Attention and Executive Functioning, led by Dr. Sarah Macoun).
Ayesha Siddiqua is a Senior Epidemiologist at the Public Health Agency of Canada and an Assistant Professor (Part-Time) in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University.
Carly’s research focuses on evidence-based interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and those that support these individuals (i.e., caregivers and clinicians).
Sarah Raza is a PhD student in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Alberta, under the supervision of Dr. Lonnie Zwaigenbaum. She previously completed her MSc in Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge, where she examined the role of early experiences on animal behavior, brain development, and plasticity.
Dr. Julia E. Moore is an expert on the practical applications of implementation science. As the Executive Director of The Center for Implementation, she is internationally known for her ability to communicate complex implementation science concepts in clear and actionable ways.
Dr. Vivian Lee, Ph.D. is a Postdoctoral Fellow working with Dr. Weiss in the Department of Psychology at York University. Her research focuses on the emotional and mental health of children and youth with autism and other intellectual disabilities.
Dr. Corkum is a Professor in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Dalhousie University. She is cross-appointed in Psychiatry as well as being on Scientific Staff at IWK Health Centre and Capital District Health Authority.
Jonathan Lai (MSc, PhD) is the Executive Director at the Autism Alliance of Canada. He holds an Adjunct Faculty Position in Health Services Research at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto.
Connie Putterman has been involved in advocacy and advisory roles for the autism research and neuro-developmental community in Canada since 2000. She has participated in numerous disability and inclusion initiatives, research projects and research advisory committees for numerous health research institutes across Canada in a leadership capacity.
Nancy is Manager of the Fetal Alcohol Resource Program (FARP) at ABLE2, formerly Citizen Advocacy Ottawa, a program she helped to create in 2015 in collaboration with Kids Brain Health Network, CHEO and the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa.
