In 2025, the Kids Brain Health Foundation (KBHF) was grateful to continue advancing its mission thanks to the generous support of donors who believe deeply in evidence-based programs that improve outcomes for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families across Canada.
Gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations played an important role in expanding the Social ABCs early intervention program to Manitoba. This support made it possible to train clinicians at Winnipeg’s Rehabilitation Centre for Children and to build local capacity so families can access services earlier and more effectively. Donors also helped sustain the continued development and growing reach of Dino Island, an innovative therapeutic video game designed to strengthen self-regulation, attention, and executive functioning.
We were also inspired by the leadership of Tina Robinet, a KBHN board member, who raised $2,800 for KBHF through Spark Recruitment’s Cookies for a Cause holiday fundraising campaign. Cookies for a Cause brings together local tech leaders who bake, share their stories, and rally support for charities that are meaningful to them.
Through their generosity and commitment, our donors are helping transform research into practical, accessible tools for children and families — accelerating real-world impact and strengthening systems of care across the country.
