Kids Brain Health Network announces Strategic Opportunities projects to accelerate impact for children and youth

Kids Brain Health Network (KBHN) is proud to announce four new Strategic Opportunities projects to help improve outcomes for children and youth with neurodisabilities and their families.

The Strategic Opportunity stream enables KBHN to rapidly invest in high-impact, partner-aligned projects. This unique funding stream advances funder-aligned impact, leverages matching funds, and catalyzes the real-world implementation of innovative solutions for children, youth, and their families.

KBHN funds projects to support Indigenous children and youth with neurodisabilities and their families

KBHN, in partnership with Brain Canada, is pleased to announce the five awardees have received funding through the Indigenous Stream.

KBHN’s Indigenous Stream is a first-of-its-kind funding opportunity designed to support community-driven, high-impact projects that improve outcomes for Indigenous children and youth living with neurodisabilities and their families across Canada.

KBHN funds new solutions to transform care for children and youth with neurodisabilities

KBHN, in partnership with Brain Canada, is proud to announce five new Innovation and Implementation projects aimed at improving the lives of children and youth with NDs and their families across Canada.

These Innovation and Implementation projects were selected through KBHN’s 2025 Call for Proposals, a funding opportunity designed to advance implementation-ready or commercially sustainable initiatives and support the scale and spread of solutions to drive real-world impact for children, youth, and families.
